No Time to Die is a new movie with a release date an approaching government operative film and the 25th in the James Bond series delivered by Eon Productions. Craig has said it will be his first and last Bond movie.
It stars Daniel Craig in his fifth trip act as a British MI6 specialist James Bond.
It is facilitated using Cary Joji Fukunaga from a screenplay by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Fukunaga, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge Development started in 2016.
No Time to Die will be the main Bond film circulated by Universal Pictures, which obtained the global appropriation rights following the lapse of Sony Pictures' agreement after the arrival of Specter in 2015. Danny Boyle was initially attached to direct and co-write the screenplay with John Hodge. Both left due to creative changes in August 2018; Fukunaga was declared as Boyle's replacement a month later. The popular cast had signed on by April 2019. Main photography was from April to October 2019 under the working title Bond 25. The final title was broadcast in August 2019.
After being late by Boyle's departure and future by the COVID-19 pandemic, No Time to Die will have its world premiere at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 28 September 2021.

The Sony Pictures' settlement to co-produce the James Bond movie with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Eon Productions finished with the issue of Spectre. In April 2017, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures, 20th Century Fox (which later became 20th Century Studios), Universal Pictures, and Annapurna Pictures arrived at a bidding struggle to win the distribution rights. MGM safe the North American, digital, and worldwide television rights to the film through its distribution arm United Artists Releasing.
Universal became the international distributor and worldwide owner of the rights for physical home media (DVD and Blu-ray) through its subsidiary Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, past to its joint venture agreement in January 2020 with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
No Time to Die was actually scheduled for announcement in November 2019, but was suspended to February 2020, and then to April 2020 after Boyle's departure. The Show in China and a nationwide publicity tour, planned for April 2020, were pospond due to the initial outbreak of COVID-19 in the country.
By March 2020, the overall
spread of the virus and the announcement of a pandemic by the World Health
Organization driven a joint open letter from two James Bond fan sites sent to
the producers. The letter asked that the announcement be delayed to reduce the
risk of spreading the disease and to confirm the film's commercial success.
The release date in Australia was delayed from 30 September to 11 November 2021, in response to their national lockdowns.
